Accident Sends 1 Person to the Hospital in Raleigh County

A two-vehicle accident sends one person to the hospital in Raleigh County.

Emergency dispatchers said it happened around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Robert C. Byrd Drive and Old Eccles Road in MacArthur.

They say one person was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.

Raleigh County Sheriff's deputies are investigating.
