It was all about the arts Thursday night at one school in Raleigh County.
Bradley Elementary School presented its 7th annual Night of the Arts.
The evening featured a concert, P.E. Club performance and walls of hanging art.
Enrichment Art Teacher Julie Midkiff said the arts connect the dots in every day learning.
"From entertainment to music, anything we do, from the buildings we work in to places that we visit, art is involved," Midkiff said. "It's particularly important for our curriculum, because what we do actually affects what goes on in the classroom."
If you couldn't make it out Thursday, the art may be viewed during school hours through May 22.
This Night of the Arts also celebrated the career of Vivian Kidder, a music teacher who is retiring after 25 years of service.
