Ahead of commencement ceremonies to be held over the weekend,
the Concord University Alumni Association will hold its annual banquet.
Graduates will gather for a reception starting at 5 p.m. on the patio of the John and Lucia Pais
Family Fellowship Hall. Dinner will be
served at 6 p.m.
The CUAA will also present four awards for outstanding
service and achievements. Those include Alumnus
of the Year, Golden Alumnus, Outstanding Alumnus and Young Alumnus. There will also be a landmark class
reunions. The Class of 1962 will have their
50th Anniversary and the Class of 1987 will celebrate their 25th. The ConChords will provide the entertainment.
The cost of the banquet is $25 in advance and $30 at the
door. Current members of the CUAA may attend the banquet for $20.
