retiring from the NFL, former Marshall quarterback Chad
Pennington is still being active.
Pennington
and other Marshall football members
visited Oak Hill to play in the Elsie Pruett Scholarship Golf Tournament at
White Oak Country Club on Friday.
Proceeds
from the tournament, along with a dinner the night before, will benefit the
Elsie Pruett Endowment Scholarship Fund, which helps out Marshall student-athletes.
Elsie's
husband, former Marshall football head coach Bob
Pruett, also participated in the event.
