Interstate 77 at mile marker 27 is narrowed to one lane following an accident between two tractor trailers.
According to Chief Jim Blecher of the Ghent Volunteer Fire Department both trucks were traveling in the northbound lanes, bumped eachother, went over the median and slammed into a hill on the south bound lane side.
Chief Belcher expects one lane of the south bound lane of I-77 to be shut down until approximately 1 a.m. Monday, while crews clean up the scene.
No one was injured in the crash.
The cause of the accident is under investigation by the West Virginia State Police.
