Secret Service Director Stands Up for Agency in Front of Congress

The head of the Secret Service is headed to Capitol Hill to defend his agents.

In a prepared testimony, Director Mark Sullivan will tell a Senate committee that the prostitution scandal did not result in a breach of national security.  He also says that conduct of the agents involved in the scandal do not reflect the values of the majority of the people who work for the agency.
