    Emergency responders were called to the scene of a train accident on Monday, May 20.  A person was apparently hit by a CSX train in a remote part of Fayette County.  The call came in at around 1:30 p.m.
    The victim was apparently covering her head with a blanket to shelter from the heavy rain storms.

Grand Vue Park wants to brand themselves as an 'Outdoor Adventure Park', and they have made plenty of headway in doing so.

Wednesday, 7 News took a tour of the nearly finished Zip Line Canopy Tour. Slated to open in late June, the zip line is expected to draw visitors from nearby areas and beyond.

Park General Manager, Craig White said the full canopy tour will last nearly four hours and consist of eight dual zip lines, a total of 7,880 feet through the trees. To get through the entire course, participants will need to climb staircases to the top of platforms, some nearly 70-feet, as well as maneuver over two suspension bridges.

The full tour includes the Grand Vue Park Canopy Ride, a 2200 foot zip line ride, which could also be purchased alone.

Zip Line Manager, Josh Chaplin warns the tour is not exactly a walk in the park. "You're going to feel like you're floating and then a tree is going to zip past you and it will really hit you how fast you are going," he said. According to Chaplin, you will be traveling at least 50 mph.

There is no age limit for participants but anyone interested must weigh at least 70 lbs and no more than 270 lbs.

Grand Vue Park will start taking reservations for tours and rides on Friday via their website.

The cost for a full tour is $79 per person plus tax, and just $20 per person for the canopy ride.
