A Greenbrier County Commissioner has been indicted by a Grand Jury.

Commissioner Michael McClung was indicted on two felony and three misdemeanor criminal counts Tuesday.

The indictment was issued in Lewisburg.

It alleges McClung sold a 1999 Ford Expedition to White Sulphur Springs resident Charles Scott for $3,000, but only reported selling it for $1,000.

Both McClung and Scott were indicted on one count of forgery of a public record and one count of felony conspiracy.

They were also indicted on three related misdemeanors that concerned false swearing.
