ALPOCA -
According to a press release from the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, a boil water advisory has been issued for customers of Alpoca Water Works, Inc. The advisory is being issued due to lack of disinfection.
While the advisory is in effect, customers of Alpoca Water are advised to boil their water for at least 1 minute before consuming. This includes water used for cooking, washing, brushing teeth, drinking, washing dishes and similar uses.
