Exercise May Help Cool Down Hot Flashes

A new research shows that menopausal women may be able to work out their hot flashes.

Penn State researchers studied 100 women for 15 days and found on average they experienced fewer hot flashes after exercising.

Researchers say their findings challenge the common perception that exercise increases hot flashes because it increases body temperature.
