According to Harvard researchers, caffeine may lower your risk of developing skin cancer.

They tracked the health data of more than one hundred thousand people for 20 years.

Their study found people who consumed caffeinated coffee, tea and chocolate were less likely to develop basal cell carcinoma, which is the most commonly diagnosed skin cancer in the U.S.

Researchers said their findings are similar to a study in mice that found caffeine blocked the
formation of skin tumors.
