The sudden and abrupt announcement Raleigh General Hospital has put a stop to cardiac stent surgery has been causing a lot of concern within the community.

The Greenbrier County Emergency Management team has set up three 24-hour shelters across the county to serve as cooling and hydration stations.
The White Sulphur EMS station, the Rainelle Fire Department, and the Rainelle Medical Center are the three 24-hour locations.
Additional water distribution locations can be found at the Frankford Fire Department, Rhema Church in Ronceverte, Alderson, Williamsburg, and Rupert.
Emergency Officials said getting access to water is a top priority.
"That's one of our main concerns. Trying to get power and water to hospitals, nursing homes, and mainly power to the water plants," said Major Brad McGee with the West Virginia National Guard.
The Rainelle and Lewisburg water systems are currently using generators to operate.
Emergency officials are continuing to warn residents to conserve water and seek a water distribution center if you do not have access to drinking water.
