The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has announced the re-issue of boil water advisories for three communities in southern West Virginia.

PINEVILLE -
Pineville Municipal Water Works have issued 2 boil water advisories, in addition to the advisory for Residents in the area from the water plant to Route 16, River Road, who have been under an advisory since July 10 due to a main line break.
Due to another main line break, customers from the top of Jackson Hill to the end of the system at Jesse Mountain are advised to boil their water for at least 1 minute before consumption.
Additionally, a water tank servicing the Rolling Hills area went dry, leading to a high probability that water in that area could be contaminated. Customers in this area are likewise advised to boil their water for at least 1 minute before drinking, bathing, brushing teeth, making ice or preparing food.
Both of the new advisories are expected to be resolved within 1 week.
