Federal prosecutors say they'll ask for more time to indict Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
Construction of the Beckley Intermodal Gateway Project has been dragging according to Beckley Mayor Emmett Pugh.
Pugh said he is meeting on Thursday with crews and project leaders to make sure the punch list is getting completed.
Among the punch list Pugh said is just cosmetic construction to be finished and it should take days to be completed.
"I will be very glad to get this project done up and in use and move on to something else," said Pugh.
Pugh adds that the two way traffic on Leslie Gates Place should be open sometime in the next two weeks.
