Students who go to elementary school in the Western part of Raleigh County will soon have a new state of the art facility.
The new Marsh Fork Elementary School is 70 percent completed.
Construction crews have the shell of the building up with the heating and cooling installed along with some of the wiring completed.
According to Phillip Jarrell the Director of Purchasing for Raleigh County Schools, crews are on schedule to complete the 20 room school.
"The community will have a great school," assured Jarrell.
The school's construction is set to be completed sometime at the end of 2012.
Students will be attending the current Marsh Fork Elementary School until the new school is finished.
