Americans are smoking fewer cigarettes these days but the use of pipe tobacco and cigars is up according to a new CDC report.
Cigarette consumption is way down, nearly 30 percent since 2000.
But the use of non cigarette smoked tobacco in pipes and cigars pipes is up 123 percent.
The CDC calls the growing use of cigars among young people alarming.
