In 2011, Meadow Bridge won its final three games of the regular season to position itself for the playoffs. The Wildcats lost to Valley, in the first round, 22-6.
After the finishing the season 7-4, the team is preparing for another strong season.
The Wildcats have 34 players at camp, and only four of them are seniors. Head coach Larry McClintic says he's prepping players for any situation.
"In a small school, if you can play you have to play," McClintic said about moving the players around.
The team kicks off the season on August 24 at Van.
