Salmonella Linked to Cantaloupes from Indiana

Posted: Updated:

More people have been sickened by salmonella that has been traced back to cantaloupes from Indiana.

That is according to the Tennessee Department of Health.

The outbreak has killed two people in Kentucky and sickened at least 141 people across several states.

People are urged to ask where their cantaloupes are grown when they purchase them and to throw out any melons from Indiana.
