BECKLEY (AP) -
A Raleigh County man has been convicted in a post office burglary.
A federal jury in Beckley convicted 31-year-old Timothy Taylor on Tuesday in the October 2011 break-in at the Fairdale Post Office.
Court testimony showed Taylor and Benjamin J. Webb of Beckley used a sledgehammer to smash a glass door and steal nine packages of bath salts addressed to Webb.
Webb pleaded guilty in May to burglary-related charges.
Both face up to five years in prison and $250,000 fines. Taylor's sentencing is set for Jan. 10. Webb is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 30.
