Facing a divorce can be one of the most difficult life events one can have, and a Raleigh County group is working to help those who are finding themselves struggling with the loss of a marriage.
Fall sessions are open to new members for DivorceCare. DivorceCare is group for those dealing with the devastation of divorce in a safe, confidential, small group setting. The group is a faith based, non-denominational video based seminar. During the seminar 13 topics participants will likely experience will be discussed.
The group is led by people who have experienced divorce themselves. The new group will begin at 7:00 p.m. Monday September 10th at the Christian Resource Center on 300 N. Kanawha St. in Beckley. The group will continue to meet each Monday for a 13 week period. The cost of attending the session is $17.00.
