Dispatchers said a Raleigh County fast-food chain clerk was robbed at gunpoint on Sunday.
It happened at the Wendy's on Robert C. Byrd Drive in Beckley at 6:45a.m., just as the first shift was arriving to work.
A 911 operator said the suspect was able to escape with an undisclosed amount of money.
No injuries were reported.
Presently, the Beckley Police Dept. and Raleigh County Sheriff's Dept. are investigating.
