A second arrest is made in a murder case out of Charleston.

Jarod Washington was arrested Friday along Interstate 77 near Beckley while police were searching for him on Lee Street in Charleston.

He and Daniel Little face murder and robbery charges.

State Police tell 59News that Amy McVay was also arrested. She faces charges of being an accessory before and after the fact. They said it was the help of a watchful toll attendant that landed the two behind bars.

"We notified our toll booths and down in Ghent they had a toll attendant that was able to spot the vehicle and they notified us the car was traveling north," Sgt. Tim Bowers, WV State Police said.

State Troopers said McVay had her four year old daughter in the car at the time.

All three suspects are still being held in the regional jails.
