Several candidates have earned the endorsement of HuntPAC, the political action committee of the Huntington Regional Chamber of Commerce.

HuntPAC raises funds and endorses candidates it finds to be pro-jobs and develops its own political platform each year during the West Virginia Legislative session.

HuntPAC announced its endorsements Sept. 19.

They include:

  • U.S. Senate race – incumbent Joe Manchin (D)
  • U.S. House of Representatives race – incumbent Nick J. Rahall (D)
  • Governor – incumbent Earl Ray Tomblin (D)
  • State Senate – incumbent Robert Plymale (D)
  • Attorney General – Patrick Morrisey (R)
  • Secretary of State – incumbent Natalie Tennant (D)
  • Treasurer – Mike Hall (R)
  • House of Delegates District 16 – incumbents Jim Morgan (D), Kevin Craig (D) and Carol Miller (R)
  • House of Delegates District 17 – Mike Ankrom (R) and incumbent Doug Reynolds (D)
  • House of Delegates District 18 – incumbent Kelli Sobonya (R)
  • House of Delegates District 19 – incumbent Don Perdue (D)
