More than a dozen Northern West Virginia law enforcement officers and victim advocates are being honored for their service.

U.S. Attorney William J. Ihelnfeld II held the second annual U.S. Attorney's Awards Ceremony on Monday at the U.S. Courthouse in Wheeling.

Sixteen people in the Northern District of West Virginia were recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty. They include several undercover officers who can't be identified.
