North Korea's foreign minister said that America's policies toward his country could lead to nuclear war. 

Pak Kil Yon said the U.S. has secret plans for another Korean War and is just waiting for an excuse to take action. Pak's speech to the United Nations was focused mostly on his country's hostile relationship with the United States. 

The U.S. State Department did not respond to Pak's speech.
