UPDATE:  Three people are still in the hospital after a fatal five vehicle pile up in Fayette County on Saturday.

The crash happened at around 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon on U.S. Route 60 in the Lavista area of the county.

Five vehicles were involved in the crash and a, 91, woman whose name has not been released was found dead at the scene.

Three other people were flown to Charleston Area Medical Center with serious injuries.

Carl Cox, 50, of Edmond is in serious, but stable condition tonight at CAMC. A, 63, man from Kentucky, who's name is not being released at this time, is in critical condition, and a, 64, woman also from Kentucky is in the hospital but in stable condition. There names aren't being released because family members are still being notified of the accident.  

No criminal charges have been filed in the accident and weather conditions were said to have played contributing factors in the crash.
