State officials are proposing raising various taxes, including those on cigarettes, in order to raise money to repair the damaged highways.

Patients who survive cancer often face other physical or mental problems that put their health at risk.

Researchers from the National Cancer Institute and the Centers for Disease Control studied thousands of cancer survivors.

25-percent reported poor physical health even after beating cancer.

That's compared to 10-percent among adults without cancer.

Survivors of cervical, blood and colorectal cancers were most likely to experience problems.
