Hypnosis may help women with hot flashes during menopause.

Researchers at Baylor University looked at 187 women and found hypnotic relaxation therapy reduced hot flashes as much as 80-percent.

Women also had less anxiety and depression.

Previous studies show hypnosis can also help lower hot flashes in breast cancer survivors.
