MINK SHOALS, W.Va. (AP) -
Authorities have identified a body found at the Mink Shoals park and ride off Interstate 79.
Kanawha County sheriff's Capt. Sean Crosier tells media outlets that the body of 31-year-old Nicholas A. Arthur of Charleston was found Monday morning.
Crosier says there aren't any signs of foul play. But police are investigating the death as a homicide.
The body has been sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office.
