A group that could have an enormous impact in the state is returning after a four year absence.
The American Diabetes Association says it plans to re-establish a presence in West Virginia and that it will have a mission-service agenda.
The ADA closed its state office in 2009 after it didn't meet its fundraising goals.
The Centers for Disease Control estimates that more than a 250,000 people in West Virginia have diabetes.
