Federal prosecutors say they'll ask for more time to indict Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
A Beckley man was shot in the head and taken to Charleston Area Medical Center on Monday.
Now, a second shooting and a second victim has been identified, at the same place at the same time.
"We have identified a second victim in reference to this shooting. We do have a suspect in reference to that incident, we are in the process of obtaining a warrant for that subject," said Captain Jeff Shumate.
For the second shooting incident, a subject was driving through the incident at the time of the shooting, her vehicle was shot at.
The person in the vehicle was not harmed. The man who was shot in the head is still in critical condition. His name is still not being released.
