Driving a Thief to a Crime Scene Could Get You Jail Time

A Fayette County woman gets two years in federal prison for her role in a 2008 pharmacy robbery scheme.

Christina Foster, 34, of Montgomery pleaded guilty in August to conspiracy to commit an offense against the United States.She  admitted that on June 19, 2008, she drove Kevin Ian Davis, 31, of Pittsburgh, to the New River Family Health Center Pharmacy located near Scarbro.  Foster also admitted that she knew Davis intended to rob the pharmacy of prescription pills. 

Davis pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit pharmacy robbery in August.  His sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 3, 2012. Davis faces up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The West Virginia State Police conducted the investigation.
