The Southern Appalachian Labor School will be hosting a Holiday Craft Show the weekend after Thanksgiving.
This is the first year they have held the event. It will be held at the Historic Oak Hill School on Saturday, Nov. 24 and Sunday, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Local craft artists will be displaying and selling hand crafted items with a holiday theme. The labor school will be serving up concessions at the newly opened Historic School Cafe.
Admission is $2 or a item of canned food that is donated to the event. The fee will be used to help those in need ant the stock the onsite food pantry.
Vendors can still sign up for a booth. The charge is $35 and covers both days. Pre-registration is required.
