A man that police considered "armed and dangerous" is behind bars less than 24-hours after a warrant for arrest was issued.
Darius Toney was wanted for Wanton Endangerment charges after an incident that took place on Monday, Nov. 12. Toney allegedly opened fire on a passing car that was traveling on Hartley Ave.
Toney was arraigned in front of Magistrate Greg Tanner and is now being held in the Southern Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond.
