CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (AP) -

The owner of 2 shops that authorities say sold illegal bath salts is set to enter a plea in U.S. District Court in Clarksburg.

Forty-8-year-old Jeffrey Paglia appears Monday before Magistrate John Kaull.

Paglia and his companies, Jemrose Inc. and Pag-Corp Inc., are charged with eight counts of drug conspiracy and two counts of maintaining a drug-involved property. He's also charged with structuring monetary transactions to evade reporting requirements.

Two employees of Paglia's "Hot Stuff and Cool Things" stores have pleaded guilty to a drug conspiracy charge and await sentencing.

But Jemrose manager John Skruck is still headed for trial.

Last week, Judge Irene Keeley granted Skruck's request for a postponement. His trial is now set for Feb. 12, 2103.

Authorities shut down the Buckhannon and Clarksburg stores in April.
