Emergency responders were called to the scene of a train accident on Monday, May 20. A person was apparently hit by a CSX train in a remote part of Fayette County. The call came in at around 1:30 p.m.
The victim was apparently covering her head with a blanket to shelter from the heavy rain storms.

For the most part, people say with the lottery money they would just want to pay off their debts, loans, and mortgages. But a few people tell 59 News they'd splurge on exotic cars, mansions, yachts, and private jets.
In light of some incidences of lottery winners not making the best choices with their new-found riches, 59News sat down with a financial advisor Wednesday to try to come to terms with the smartest way to handle all that cash.
"You'll want to find someone who you can trust, and who knows who you can trust. Definitely find someone you know very well. Probably someone who is local, who can steer you in the right direction," said Financial Advisor Bill Kinder.
He says the idea of "get-rich-quick" isn't always the best for some people. He thinks winning the lottery can be a blessing for those who can handle it with a good head on their shoulders, but for others, it can be a curse.
