Cedar Management Group is proud to announce the addition of several new members to their team. A leader in the homeowners and condominium association management industry, Cedar currently manages over 120 community associations in North and South Carolina. Cedar has added new personnel to accommodate the increased demand for their services that has prompted the company’s corresponding growth.
Cedar’s Community Support Department welcomes three new team members. Increasing staff in this area will reduce the response time for Cedar’s Community Support team and allow them to better serve the homeowners under their management. A position within the Community Support Department requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of the community association industry, and persistent dedication. Cedar’s new staff members exemplify these qualities and are a welcome addition to the team.
Another addition to the Cedar team includes a new property manager. Property managers work directly with a community’s board of directors to further the best interests of the association. Adding another qualified property manager allows Cedar to continue to grow and gain new clients while keeping a manageable workload for their existing property managers. The final addition to the Cedar team is the new violations inspector. This person performs drives-through inspections of Cedar’s properties to ensure that everyone follows the community covenants.
HOA Management companies like Cedar help communities by managing the finances, tracking maintenance issues, and enforcing community rules. By taking care of the day-to-day tasks of community management, an association’s board of directors is free to focus their energy on more important community issues. A professional company like Cedar Management also offers a wealth of expertise and advice to community leaders to guide them in their decision-making process.
Paul Greiner, President of Cedar Management Group, states “We are excited to welcome new staff members to our team of dedicated professionals. These new employees will help us provide a greater level of service to the communities we manage.”
Cedar Management Group has corporate offices in Charlotte, NC with additional offices in Asheville and Greensboro, North Carolina and Columbia, South Carolina. Cedar Management Group has a staff of over 40 trained professionals many of which are certified in property management by the Community Association Institute. Cedar Management Group currently provides property management services to over 120 associations and over 25,000 individual homeowners living in community associations in both Carolinas.
