ATHENS -

Concord University is getting ready to welcome to the Mercer County Community Choir. Folks can check them out on Friday Dec. 7th at 6:30.  The singers will be performing  "Nine Lessons and Carols." It will take place at the Wilkes Family Chapel in University Point.

Best of all the concert is free and open to everyone.  Donations will be accepted.

Folks can expect to enjoy traditional Christmas carols and hymns.
