WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS -

Travelers looking to stretch their legs while traveling west on Interstate 64 didn't have access to the rest area near White Sulphur Springs late this afternoon.

The rest area was shut down because of a mineral oil spill that happened around 2:20 p.m.  Firefighters and emergency responders were cleaning up the mess just before 4 p.m.

Officials told 59News that no one was injured.  There is no word on what caused the spill.
