Kanawha County -

Three people are behind bars and two State Troopers are being treated for exposure to meth.

Travis Hamrick, Hana Elswick,  And Terry Romine are charged with operating a meth lab. State Police say they found them in a bedroom in a house cooking meth in Kanawha County. Two state police officers had to be treated for inhaling the meth fumes.

Neighbors say this area is a hotspot for meth but they're afraid to talk because of rumors of retaliation.

"I knew it was over there... You did? Did the police? They've been over there 900 times... You're just not going t oget involved... Not me... If they find out its you... They'll come and burn your house down."

The three suspects are being held on $75,000 bond each.
