911 dispatchers confirm a stabbing has occurred at the Beckley Plaza on Friday. It happened around 5:30 p.m. Friday. No word on the victims and the conditions of the victims. The Beckley Police Department
A man is being hailed a hero in Raleigh County. A tattoo parlor owner saved a pregnant woman Friday night when her ex-boyfriend tried to kill her and her baby inside of the Beckley Plaza mall.
Drivers dealt with major traffic delays near Glen Morgan on Route 19 after a car slammed into the back of a truck.
The accident happened after 12 p.m. Tuesday and caused emergency responders to temporarily shut down the road. That lead to delays both ways on Route 19 into Beaver and near Beckley.
A firefighter on the scene told 59 News that no one was injured in that accident.
Traffic started to return back to normal around 1:30 p.m.
