LEWISBURG -

Greenbrier County is expected to be one of the hardest hit areas Thursday and Friday for wind and snow.

But Department of Highways workers in Lewisburg have all the trucks ready to go, they've got drivers staffed on 12-hour shifts and know which roads to hit first.

The mountainous areas near Quinwood and Frankford are usually the worst hit, but they don't expect this storm to be a problem at all after battling Superstorm Sandy.

DOH Administrator Pat McCabe said, "I've got tenured employees here they are very experienced they know how to handle situations like this I don't expect this snow event to be any more of a challenge than they're used to."

59 News will be working to keep you updated on what roads are inaccessible or certain power outages as this storm continues throughout the weekend.
