The public is invited to the inauguration and swearing in of Huntington's Mayor-elect Stephen Taylor Williams and the Huntington City Council.

The event is scheduled for 6 p.m. Jan. 3 at the Keith-Albee Performing Arts Center.

Huntington City Council will be sworn in by City Clerk Barbara Nelson. Williams will receive the oath of office from U.S. District Court Chief Judge Robert Chambers.
