Falling asleep behind the wheel

Posted: Updated:

Around four percent of American adults said they fell asleep behind the wheel at least once in the last month.

The C.D.C study found drowsy driving was more common in men and among people who got less than six hours of sleep at night.

Drowsy driving causes thousands of crashes each year.

The C.D.C said if drivers start to doze they should get off the road and rest.
