Charleston, WV -

The latest jobs report is out and the numbers are drawing mixed reactions from politicians on Capitol Hill.

The Labor Department says American employers added 155,000 in December with some of those jobs right here in the Mountain State.

The report was flooded with people who say they're trying to find work right now and for good reason.

On any given month, WorkForce says it has an average of 25-hundred job listings posted on its website.

The agency serves as the middleman for companies to find qualified workers fast...

"What we do is weed out the folks that doesn't meet the requirements that they are requesting. And then we send it to them and from there, they'll go and do their process of contacting individuals, bringing them in for interviews, and that sort of situation," said WorkFore WV's Bunny Harper.

WorkForce has also seen a huge spike in visitors this week because of the extension of unemployment benefits.
