One of the Mountain State's most popular events, The State
Fair of West Virginia, has selected Frontier Communications to play a key role
in its summer tradition.
"We have chosen Frontier to provide us with critical
communications services," Marlene Pierson Joliffe, chief executive officer of
The State Fair of West Virginia, said in a news release. "Frontier's
technicians have a great deal of knowledge about advanced communications
services, but they also are very familiar with The State Fair itself and our
needs."
Frontier now provides broadband and telephone services to
The State Fair, which Joliffe said is critical to the organization's year-round
operations.
Frontier General Manager Mike Swatts said he is extremely
proud to work with the organizers of The State Fair and to be associated with
one of West Virginia's great events.
"As West Virginians, the men and women of Frontier are aware
of the importance of The State Fair and
what it means to the Greenbrier County community, the youth of the state and
the thousands of families who make attending the event an annual tradition,"

continues to represent the values and traditions that are so important to the
people of our state."
The State Fair of West Virginia is scheduled for Aug. 9-17,
2013 at the fairgrounds in Fairlea.
