One Dead After Kanawha County Shootout

    One man died and another is behind bars Saturday after a son shoots and kills his father at their Overlook Drive home in Stanaford.Raleigh County Sheriff's Deputies said 23-year-old Donald Gray Dunn, Jr.

QUICK -

Dispatchers say Kanawha County Sheriff's deputies are on-scene of a shooting near Quick, W. Va. that came after a disturbance call on the 6100 block of Quick Road.

Police say a male suspect got into a domestic dispute with his mother at the home.

His mother was able to notify a neighbor, who called the police.

While deputies were trying to approach the house, the male suspect came out and started firing at officers with a handgun. 

Deputies returned fire and the suspect was killed.
