CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -

Democratic Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin is ready to take the oath of office again.

An inauguration ceremony is set for Monday afternoon at the state Capitol's south plaza.

Several state officials also will be sworn in, among them new Agriculture Commissioner Walt Helmick and Attorney General Patrick Morrisey.

For those unable to attend, the ceremony is being broadcast online at www.governor.wv.gov. It also is being shown at the state Culture Center, where a public reception will be held following the ceremony.

Tomblin won a full 4-year term by defeating Republican businessman Bill Maloney in November. Tomblin also beat Maloney in a special election in October 2011 to fill the vacancy created when Joe Manchin took a seat in the U.S. Senate.
