FAYETTEVILLE -

The Fayette County Grand Jury released their indictments from the January session on Tuesday, Jan. 15.

There were more than 90 people who will be arraigned an a variety of charges on Friday.  About one third of the indictments from the session were on drug related charges.  Most of those were for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Among the drug indictments were Dale Evans Brown, Roderick Nash and Orlando Torres who were allegedly bringing Roxycodone pills into West Virginia from Florida.  They were arrested in July.

There were also four indictments on sex abuse or sexual assault charges.  One of those was John Stover, who 59News told you about in May.  He was indicted on nine counts of first degree sexual assault and 10 counts of sex abuse against kids who he was the legal guardian of.  Those crimes were allegedly committed for two years, before they were reported.
