59 news has been taking numerous calls about an investigation at Pikeview High School in Mercer County.
Our crews have been working on getting the details. 59 News was able to confirm with state police that there is an investigation ongoing at Pikeview High School. They would not confirm the nature of the investigation.
59 News wanted to know more. Our crews asked the Mercer County prosecutor, Scott Ash. He gave a little more detail. He said the investigation was into "inappropriate conduct between teacher and student."
Our crews wanted to know more. The Mercer County Board of Education did confirm an investigation but said they could not comment on this issue because it was a personnel issue.
They assured our crews the students are safe but said they could not detail what actions are being taken.
